Returns, Exchanges, & Shipping Policy

We are a small company so we can not offer money back on any orders but we will accept returns for credit or exchange if requested within 10 days of receiving your order. You will only receive a credit for the value of the product purchased, not the shipping. Shipping the product back to us and shipping the new items will be at buyers expense. Please note that the colours on an original or print shown on the website are dependent on your device and may vary slightly to the actual artwork that you recieve. This is NOT considered a defect. If you would like your parcel insured, please advise us and we will get a quote for you.
  
***We know this sounds all official but you as collectors are the most important thing to us so please be assured that we want you to be happy and content with your purchase and we will do everything within reason to solve any issues. ***

 

Shipping 

We have been shipping all over the world for three decades and we do our absolute best at packaging and protecting your shipment. It is a priority for us. We know which companies are reliable but there is always the small chance of negligence with the shipping company that we can not control. If there is damage due to the shipping company we can help you through the claim but we can not be responsible for the financial replacement of the damaged product. This will have to be done through the shipping company. The majority of companies offer a $100.00 insurance. If you want to add more, we can give you a quote and you can decide. 
If there is damage to the box and items inside, most companies will want proof. Keep the box, all packing material and products. Take photos of the damaged box before you open it.
